Hope you all had a Happy New Year! I’m starting my year off right, aka with some yummy brunch.
Over my four-day weekend, I headed over to a cute little cafe in Albany. I seriously felt right at home. The ambience was vibrant and full of life. The service was amazing and food, well I have no words. One of my favorite brunch options is eggs Benedict and it’s sort of been hard finding a salmon lox Benedict on this side of town. Luckily, I saw this along with many other options not the menu and went for it. My brothers sister got an amazing scramble that was full of flavors and the perfect size.
Are you hungry yet? Scroll down to see some bomb food. Also, the chai latte was unreal!
P.S. If you’re ever in this area, it’s in downtown Albany where there’s cute little shops and wine bars as well.
Salmon Lox Benedict: lox, caper marinated red onion, fresh dill hollandaise and home-style potatoes
BMC scramble: three eggs, crispy bacon, tomato, spinach, cream cheese, chives and home-style potatoes
