This past weekend was actually super productive and relaxing all at once. I was finally able to get around to running all these errands I’ve been putting off and was able to also meet the deadline for my magazine article! It feels good to cross things off the list and start the week off on a good note. I made a simple brunch at home and it got me to thinking, I’m always making cocktails but I’ve had several of you ask about mocktails. Whether you’re living a straight edge life or can’t indulge in alcohol at the moment , this mocktail is the perfect drink for you to have in hand while socializing with friends.

I know it’s crazy how much of our lives is surrounded by food and drinks. But believe it or not, most mornings I’m not in the mood for a cocktail so I usually pass on it.

I wanted to combine my favorite brunch cocktail with a vitamin tense supplement. I used Vital Proteins Collagen Veggie Blend which is a nutrient packed blend that combines the benefits of collagen, whole organic veggies and fruits. With three servings of vegetables and one serving of fruit, you can essentially mix this blend with anything!

What you’ll need

-celery salt

-garlic powder

-cayenne pepper

-1 scoop of collagen veggie blend





-1 lemon

Mix one scoop of collagen veggie blend with V8, celery salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour over ice and serve. Use a lime slice for garnish and celery stalk.
