My Latest Favorite Brunch In Eugene + The White Boots Trend

Hello lovelies!

I recently went to Jazzy Ladies to try out their latest menu and I have to tell you, it’s officially my newest favorite brunch spot in Eugene. I also finally bit the bullet this summer and got myself a pair of white boots to wear for brunch and beyond. So let’s start with the brunch.

BRUNCH AT JAZZY LADIES

The last time I was at Jazzy’s was last year right after I had ACL surgery. You can see that post here. I had heard raving reviews about the their biscuits so I got that last time. This time I got an eggs Benedict dish because you can’t go wrong with eggs benny, and my boyfriend got some sort of hash. Both of us were every satisfied with not only the flavors but also the service. Jazzy Ladies has grown their menu so much in the last year. I remember when I first went the menu was very minimal and it’s now expanded into so much more. Of course I got a bloody mary on the side which was just delicious. Our waiter was kind enough to switch out the table so I could photograph the food a lot better on a white table.

I know that sounds crazy but food just photographs better on white than on wood. So if you’re looking for a place where you’ll fill up and it’s a decent price I highly recommend trying it out. For those of you who are gluten free, dairy free or soy free, they are happy to accommodate food allergies, sensitivities, etc. There’s a disclaimer on the menu letting you know that they often substitute dairy for other alternatives.

I will say the one thing I haven’t tried is the coffee or any of the lattes! I feel like I’m missing out. But they have plenty of beer, wine, mimosas, cocktails, really anything that you may fancy. I added an avocado to my eggs benny —  best decision ever.

THE WHITE BOOTS TREND

Now let’s get to the outfit. I’m definitely one for keeping things more casual, pretty much always. With the latest snakeskin and white boots trend I was actually in search of the classic snakeskin boot but found myself drawn to the all black or all white version. While going back and forth for weeks, I took the plunge and got all white (even though my heart was saying get the black boots!)

I decided to wear my white boots two ways — with a high pony and a neck scarf and with my hair down and no neck scarf. It’s so easy to accessorize a sweater with a scarf just to give it a touch of color.

You can shop this entire look on my LIKETKIT or go here. The white boots  come in a lot of different colors of this specific boot but I believe the white is now sold out. If you’re not one for prints, you can opt for the black one which isn’t as noticeable and still makes for a great everyday boot to wear.

I hope you all enjoyed my little brunch review + outfit. I wanted to combine these two instead of having a stand alone post on just brunch or just an outfit.

Let me know your thoughts.

xxo
