White Dry Cider Cocktail That’s Better Than Sangria
Lately I’ve been on this making cocktails kick. With the temps warming up and the sun shining a little more, this white dry cider cocktail recipe is the perfect refreshing companion for a warm spring day and less sugary than a sangria.
For those of you who hate the taste of alcohol, this drink is for you. I wanted to do something light, but also with a nice little kick. I’ve collaborated with Wolffer Estate Vineyards featuring Wolffer No. 139 white dry cider for this recipe.
What you’ll need for the recipe:
-1/2 a bottle of white dry cider
-1/4 cup of hard apple cider
-2 sprigs of rosemary
-1 honey crisp apple
In a cocktail shaker, mix half a sliced apple, rosemary, 1/2 cup of dry white cider, 1/4 cup of hard apple cider and ice. Pour cocktail into a cup. Add slices and rosemary for garnish.

It’s the perfect combination of apple, rosemary and dry white cider. Not too sweet with a hint of spice. I’m not a big fan of overly sweet cocktails and I always like to add a hint of a spice to spruce it up. If you’re not a fan of rosemary you can substitute that with thyme. Want more alcohol? Add some rum to your liking. You can’t ever go wrong with a little rum.
